The Moon and Planets, what can I say, only that they are breathtaking to view when the conditions are right.  CCD imaging is a different process, you insert an eyepiece in front of the camera and project a larger image on to the chip.  So you have to experiment with different eyepeices to get the right size and clear image.  But the nice thing is that it is more forgiving with the city lights. So if I can't make it to a remote site, I can take images from the backyard.
